Call Recording
There are two main methods of call recording, each being solution and budget specific.
The first is a true line side (telephone system side) recording option, which is stored locally and is encrypted and fully admissible in court. This option is only available for people running an NEC Telephone System with MyCalls call monitoring software, as the solution seamlessly integrates with the software platform.
An alternative option is a network based solution where your recordings are accessed via our web portal. This can be used with any telephone system, and is available with very little capital outlay and is charged at a low monthly subscription.
