Load balancing is a service which we can manage for you, where we take multiple connections in to your premises, and spread your traffic in a suitable manner across to help alleviate any bottlenecks. For example, if you have 2 x 4MB lines, this does not mean you have 1 x 8MB line, rather two sets of lines to send your traffic across, often useful for resilience purposes or in areas where connectivity and speeds are weak.
